Book Review Policy

Hello to all publishers and authors! First of all, thank you for taking the time to look at my blog.

If you'd like to send me books to review, keep in mind that I have a busy schedule and cannot accept all of them, although I'd love to. Generally, I will try to read and review them within two months unless you specify a particular date. I am NOT accepting books at this time!

I mostly review YA books, though I sometimes stray in MG and NA books. I also accept self-published books and indie authors.

I'm pretty open to trying different books from different genres. If you'd like me to take a look, send me the book info, and I'll get back to you.

I do prefer physical books, and I tend to read them faster and have them higher up on my list, but if you'd like to send me an eBook of e-ARC, I prefer .mobi.

If you'd like to send me a book to review, email me at jessica(dot)sunusa(at)gmail(dot)com OR reviewsabound(at)yahoo(dot)com. Please include the title, author, synopsis, book cover, and let me know if you need/want me to post a review by a certain date and where you'd like me to post my reviews (blog, Goodreads, Amazon, etc). Please keep in mind that I am a high school junior, and it may take me some time to get through books.

All of my reviews are honest, so if I don't like the book, I will say just that. I will not bash a book or an author, but I will go into detail about why I didn't enjoy the book. I rate everything out of 5 (to see how I determine my ratings, see my "How Reviews Work" page), and I post primarily on my blog and Goodreads, but please let me know if you'd like them elsewhere. Reviews are also linked and shared on my Twitter account and sometimes my school newspaper.

Lastly, I'd love to host giveaways, tours, promotions, cover reveals, author interviews, and guest posts! Just email me and let me know the details, and I will get back to you ASAP.
